When you make a booking we collect your name, email address, phone number and, where delivery is requested, the delivery address and postcode.

For identity and address verification we may ask you to upload a photograph of your driving licence and a proof of address document.

We keep a record of your bookings, hire dates, trailer hired, charges, deposit and payment status.

Our website uses Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site. This records anonymous usage data such as pages viewed and traffic source, and does not include your name, email address or phone number.

To take and manage your booking, confirm it by email, arrange collection or delivery, and contact you about your hire.

To verify that the person hiring the trailer is who they say they are, which protects both you and our fleet.

To take payment and refund deposits, and to keep the records we are required to keep for accounting purposes.

Card payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card details — Stripe handles the card data and we only receive confirmation of whether a payment succeeded.

We do not sell your personal information or share it for marketing purposes.

We share only what is necessary with the services that run our booking system, email confirmations and card payments.

Booking and payment records are kept for as long as we are required to keep them for accounting and legal purposes.

Identity and proof-of-address documents are held securely and removed once they are no longer needed for verification.
